I would like to commend you on the workforce you sent to our site to perform preventative maintenance. The work was performed according to schedule and in a very professional manner. A special thanks to the men who performed the work on our 33kV switchgear lineup. During their setup of the differential relays for transformers T1 – T4, they noticed the CT ratios were set to 1200:5, which was not consistent with what was in the coordination study. Unable to obtain the information on the Powercon CTs due to it being late into the weekend, your technicians took the extra step to test the CTs and come up with the proper settings. At this point, they made the necessary adjustments and ensured it complied with the coordination study. Thanks again, and I will be looking forward to the final test reports and continuing with the next phase of the contract.
